Paul McHugh is the main driving force of System Clad-Cradle Solutions and has worked in the facade access business for over 30 years. Starting his career in the temporary cradle industry with Scaffolding Great Britain carrying out a full apprenticeship. From there he joined Kobi Cradles as an electrical engineer and rose through the ranks to become the maintance manager, health and safety officer and finishing his carrier assisting in the development of the Kobi/Zarges fully powered access machine.

Paul McHugh left Kobi Cradles in the late 90's to form System Clad (Specialist Works) which now operates under the name of System Clad-Cradle Solutions offering sub contract labour to the facade access industry.

We consistently endeavour to improve the high standards of service to our customers and continuously seek to improve the scope and quality of service. This is done through a structured approach to both training and quality and more  importantly the health and safety of  our people.
